Anger effects the whole body raising blood pressure, increase heart rate, and upset the stomach. It can cause muscle tension, shaking, crying and dry mouth. When we fail to manage our anger sometimes the situation can get out of control. You may regret your actions later but at the time, caught up in the moment.
Out Of Control
We are a now generation. We want immediate satisfaction, instant results, fast problem resolution. Some of us lack consideration for others and expect the whole world to cater to our needs. When we do not get what we want when we want it, then there are outbursts of anger and frustration.
Road rage is something most of us have observed at one time or another. One driver suddenly cuts the other off in the middle of the road because they are trying to beat a red light or in a hurry to get nowhere fast. People impatient and honking at drivers they feel are moving to slow. When you have, someone drive to close to your bumper. In some of these scenarios, anger may be justified but it is a matter of degree. If you are so out of control that your:
- F bombing the other driver
- Waving a gun
- Making physical threats
- Engaging in physical altercations
- Smashing the other driver’s windshield
- Yelling until the veins pop out of your neck and face
- Waving a baseball bat
- Think you are a roman gladiator

Dry mouth (Xerostomia) is a common condition especially among women. Its prevalence increases with aging. One of the leading telltale signs is a reduction or foamy (thick) saliva.
The Causes
For some public speaking or social settings can invoke serious bouts with anxiety. The nervous tension can create embarrassing moments where lips become dry; and, stick to gums or the tongue to the roof of the mouth.
Social settings are not the only cause of xerostomia. Dry mouth can be caused by diabetes and other illnesses. Moreover, medications can be another culprit.
What Are The Effects
Dry mouth is no joke because difficulty speaking or swallowing can occur. Low saliva production often precedes bad breath (halitosis) and the dryness creates a breeding ground for germs and bacteria.
We may not normally associate its affects in other areas of our life, like curtailing our ability to taste food. Persistent dry mouth over time can cause dental decay.
